To accomplish this, continued emphasis is placed on Accident Prevention, Employee Health Protection, and General Loss Control.

Supervisors, department heads, and employees at all levels of Jiangsu Andeli’s workforce are directed to make Job Safety a matter equal in importance to all other company operations. Safety is integral to all of our activities and receives the same level of attention as all other facets of our business. Workplace accidents and incidents are symptomatic of operational problems; therefore, the control of these incidents will result in an efficient, safe operating environment.

Our safety programs have been developed mainly for three reasons:

•To operate in a manner that will produce no accidents,
•To operate in a manner that will cause no harm to our people, and
•To operate in a manner that will cause no harm to the environment.

As a condition of employment, it is the responsibility of all employees to be knowledgeable of the rules and regulations listed in Jiangsu Andeli’s HSE Manual.
